Welcome to NeuroPlan. These Terms of Use govern your use of the NeuroPlan website and web application. By accessing or using NeuroPlan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

NeuroPlan is a digital planning and productivity web application designed to help users organize tasks, routines, schedules, and daily workflows.

At this time, NeuroPlan is provided only as a web app. There is currently no standalone mobile app.

NeuroPlan is currently operated by BerisMedia, owned by Batinay Eris, until NeuroPlan is established as a separate company.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when creating or using an account is accurate and up to date.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must not use NeuroPlan for unlawful purposes, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that interferes with the operation or security of the service.

NeuroPlan may offer free or paid plans now or in the future. If paid subscriptions are introduced, the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms will be shown during checkout or on the relevant pricing page.

If recurring billing is offered, subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period begins.

Any cancellation rules, trial periods, or refund conditions will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, there is no entitlement to partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

Because NeuroPlan currently operates only as a web app, any subscription or payment handling would take place through the web platform or a connected payment provider, not through an app store.

We take privacy and data protection seriously. We only collect personal data that is necessary to operate and improve NeuroPlan, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using NeuroPlan, you acknowledge that some residual security risk always exists.

We continuously improve and maintain NeuroPlan. This means the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control, including outages involving third-party infrastructure providers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the web app at all times.

When using NeuroPlan, you agree that you will not use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, disrupt or interfere with the platform, upload harmful code, or misuse any feature of the website or web application.
